Location is excellent because it is accessible to numerous subway lines. In addition, there is elevator from Oculus to subway. You can take subway from JFK to World Trade Center which is so good because it is affordable and very speedy way to get to the airport without worry of traffic or road conditions. In addition, it is right near beautiful outdoor spaces.

The location was just perfect, our room had the perfect view and the space of the bathroom was just perfect. We were in room 206. The staff at the entrance were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The housekeeper we had for the first 3 days was extremely good, for me that’s the most important aspect of a hotel. Every day our room was super neat and she could observed we needed more towels and that we drank a lot of coffee so she made sure we had plenty of both.

The corner view of Brooklyn bridge, was absolutely stunning and magical. We loved it. Each of the windows had lovely skyline views. The room was large, especially by New York standards. It was lovely and new, as it had been refurbished. The bed was so comfortable and adequate seating in the room. Water bottles everyday, was a nice touch. The location was fabulous. It was literally in front of the Oculus and One World Trade building. The subway was a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly.

Can't beat the location. For the price, the location is ultimate - really easy to access, nice part of downtown Manhattan just in front of ground zero memorial. All shops nearby. And the views! Super spectacular, it's truly magical. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional (I needed some extra service and they really helped me out)

The hotel room itself was very nice! They are going through some current renovations in the hotel so some areas were closed. But no big deal. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. My only negative, the beds were hard and the pillows overly soft feather pillows. Your head just sunk in. Just bring your pillow with you to solve for that. Great location to everything! The subway entrances are next door and across the street. The world trade center museum and mall is across the street. Central to shopping and restaurants in the area. 25 min uber ride to time square. Overall great experience, just the beds left all of our backs hurting.

Location was amazing. Room was massive and bed was so comfortable. View from our room was outstanding wow!! I also want to say a massive thank you to the staff that clean our room every day and gave us fresh clean towels makes such a massive difference when come back to your room after a long day site seeing and bed is made, clean room and fresh towels.

The location of the hotel is really awesome and we could see the World Trade Center directly from the window. You could actually feel a part of modern history from the room. The hotel was good overall and the staff is good and efficient. The subway stations (multiple) are literally around the hotel with a 10 foot walk which made it really easy to go anywhere we wanted.

The view. We were on the 25th floor directly across from The World Trade Center and The Oculus. The view was absolutely spectacular. The staff were so friendly and considerate. Superior quality in the staff for sure. Just about every Subway line right at your fingertips. Safe area.
