The staff at the front desk and the bell men and cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. They all made our stay enjoyable. The location is great and close to subway and many food options and monuments. A quiter option for a good sleep at night as opposed to times Square.

Our stay at Millennium Downtown New York was truly enjoyable! The biggest highlight was the breathtaking view of the World Trade Center – absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and evening. The location is excellent, everything is close by, and there are plenty of cafes and bars around. The hotel itself, despite ongoing renovations, runs very smoothly – it’s clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. Even though you book a room with breakfast included, you actually receive a voucher for a nearby bar with a limited selection. A simple egg and bacon sandwich with coffee already maxes out the allowance. It’s definitely better to book a room without breakfast – there are many great breakfast spots in the neighborhood.

Perfect location for those who want to stay in a quieter area than Times Square and still have the ease of getting around the city quickly. There are several subway stations around the hotel that go to different destinations. The room can be considered large by New York standards, and the views are incredible, I believe it's one of the best I've seen in New York (apart from the extremely expensive hotels around Central Park). Sound isolation is acceptable. Room service was great and all the staff were really kind. Doorman kindly helped me locate my driver and put all the bags in the car.

Location is excellent because it is accessible to numerous subway lines. In addition, there is elevator from Oculus to subway. You can take subway from JFK to World Trade Center which is so good because it is affordable and very speedy way to get to the airport without worry of traffic or road conditions. In addition, it is right near beautiful outdoor spaces.

Amazing views - beyond expectations! Could see WTC from bed and even 9/11 memorial from window alongside other fabulour views! Very nice and spacious corner junior suite with sitting room area and desk. Large and very comfy bed Very clean. Safe and coffee machine available Great location well connected by tube, train and ferries

We stayed 11 nights as a family of three in a junior suite on the 30th floor—an experience in itself. Coming back in the evening to sunsets over the city and waking up with the sun rising over the skyline was simply unforgettable. The suite gave us plenty of space, with a large bathroom, and the view was incredible: overlooking the Freedom Tower, the Hudson River, and on the other side Tribeca. The staff was impressively quick to respond, even to three or four requests right after our arrival (extra pillows, extra towels, or late morning cleaning). We were honestly surprised by the rate we got and the overall quality of the hotel, which doesn’t have a restaurant or a breakfast area, but if you want, they’ll arrange it and deliver it straight to your room. The reception is located on the 3rd floor (they’re currently renovating the first three floors, which will be ready soon), but it didn’t cause any inconvenience at all. The only thing we didn’t like was the deposit required at check-in: we paid $600, and they don’t return it at check-out but only after 30 days. We didn’t know this, and it’s something to always keep in mind when traveling in the United States. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, especially for the value for money—I couldn’t find anything better in the months leading up to our stay. Plus, the location is absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Millennium Downtown New York. From the smooth check-in to our beautiful room on the 8th floor, everything exceeded our expectations. The view of the Twin Towers Memorial was breathtaking, and the room itself was modern, spotless, and cleaned daily. Although we only read the negative reviews after our trip while heading to the airport, we must say: if we had based our decision on those, we would have missed out on a fantastic stay. Perhaps those issues occurred in the past, but it’s clear the hotel has significantly improved its service and guest experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, which included unlimited options without any extra charges – a rare treat in New York. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we weren’t charged any hidden fees. Just make sure to ask for a higher floor – the view is totally worth it. Lastly, although there was a $600 deposit held during our stay, it was promptly released the day before our departure, without any issues.

The location was idea for getting around and accessing various spots throughout the city. We could walk out our door and access multiple subway way train lines in just steps. Additionally, the room was exceptional. The receptionist that welcomed us was extremely kind and hospitable. Our flight into the city had been delayed a couple of times and we did not arrive until 1:30am. We were all ready to get to our room and he was so accommodating and helpful.
